Sales Secretary
The secretary will provide a range of secretarial duties and administration to assist the team at our busy office. The applicant must have good administrative, WP and IT skills, be well-presented and have an excellent telephone manner.
You will have the following key skills/competencies:
- Secretarial experience
- Fast accurate typing speed is essential - 50 wpm
- Must be computer literate.
- Good Communication Skills
- Typing of property details, correspondence and emails. Answering incoming calls, taking messages
