How we market property
We advertise in local newspapers and magazines, on our own website and that of PrimeLocation.com, London's most prestigious and comprehensive property website. We also introduce each property to our applicants by way of an initial telephone call, urging them to view at the earliest opportunity. Whenever they have viewed a property we contact them and will feed their reactions to it back to the vendor. We then keep in regular contact with them to remain aware of any changes in their requirements or their position. It is our policy to devote a great deal of time and effort to matching properties to the needs of their applicants' and similarly to keep in regular touch with our vendors.
What do we charge?
The most economical way to sell is to instruct us as the sole agent to market your property. Like other agents, our fee increases if you instruct us on a multiple basis with other agents.
