Letting your home

What do we charge?

Our Full Management service costs 15% + VAT of the rental figure, and is collected from each receipt of rent.

Our Letting Only with Rent Collection Service costs 12.5% +n VAT of the rental figure and is deducted from each months rent.

Our Find Only Service costs 10% + VAT of the rent payable under each tenancy arranged and is payable at commencement of the tenancy.

Other documentary charges for Tenancy Agreements and Inventories are also payable together with a 10% supervision charge for any work carried out costing more than £1000, to be agreed in advance.
